• Designed a series of interactive lesson plans integrating the HKRC's online PFA e-learning platforms and board game materials for secondary school students to improve their emotional resilience and peer support culture
• Enabled school teachers to deliver the PFA Wellness Program for over 400 students throughout the school year

English Teaching & Classroom Management

• Developed and executed innovative lesson plans to engage Form 2 students in English language learning, e.g. gamification and drama in teaching

• Created and executed a 6-month TFHK x HSBC Mentorship Program to enhance 16 Form 4-5 students' confidence in English, job interview skills, and personal development through 10 sessions of internal English workshops and 4 mentoring sessions from experienced HSBC managers.
• Developed a 4-lesson Compassionate Education curriculum for Form 2 students in partnership with JustFeel

• Led Hong Kong & Taiwan Recruitment Team in the process of sourcing, attraction, selection and offer management with a cost effective and time efficient guideline by collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
• Developed strategic campus recruitment & employer branding initiatives (e.g. online/offline campus talks, school corporate projects, social media communications) with on-ground management by collaborating with function leads, university career offices and career agencies
