Task Responsibilities:

• Ensure the booking details timely and accurately input into cargo system:
• By entering booking data from source documents within time limits
• By inputting text based and numerical information from source documents
• By compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for system entry
• By double-checking the entered information against the original source to make sure there are no errors or missing details
• By reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible and checking output
• By managing the time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet the given deadlines
• By working closely with colleagues or supervisors to clarify any uncertainties, resolve discrepancies, or seek guidance when encountering complex data
• By obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• By responding to queries for information
• By complying with data integrity and security policies

• Responsible for daily operations of export flight
• Daily operational planning and coordination with agents and airlines
• Coordinate and liaise with airlines and our teammates
• Advise build up instructions to warehouse colleagues.

• Process and handle documents according to general procedures and standards
• Maintain and update records and filing systems
• Provide clerical support in the team.

• Maintain coordination among sales and production team, vendors and clients
• Monitor project production and installation
• Provide onsite technical support on product installation
• Schedule project operational processes
• Investigate warranty cases.
