• manage the operation at hotel: front desk, concierge and housekeeping
• answer phone calls, emails, and other messages
• listen to guests’ concerns and present reports to hotel management
• provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby
