1st rotation: Investment

• Conducted detailed asset review, investment analysis, calculations and reports and successfully assisted in over HKD$1 Billion asset disposal project.
• Developed financial projections and forecasts to guide investment decisions.
• Developed financial models to assess potential investments and identify potential risks.

2nd rotation: Retail Leasing

• Assist in conducting market research regarding retail trend and latest transaction for company quarterly retail report.
• Preparation of retail market research for various international brands e.g. Apple, Love Bonito, etc.
• Being a core member of sole agency projects, conduct detail study of the asset and provide advices to landlord for asset enhancement through variety of tenant mix and strategies.

• Assist in building financial model and valuation report to identify potential property acquisitions and forecast investment risk and return rates
• Provide comparables and market analysis to support final estimate value for Hong Kong and China properties including but not limited to Hotel, Office/ Industrial building, carpark and residential site for mortgage/ investment purposes
• Site inspection for price estimation

• Assist in managing leasing matters mainly for HK Island Grade A commercial building
• Provide analytical support, including entering leasing opportunities data for internal database
• Engaged in potential leasing opportunities for newly built Grade A commercial building

• Assist in conducting over 100 residential valuation reports for mortgage, immigration and other purposes
• Participate in verbal valuation to clients
