Since I was 18 years old, I decided that I needed to learn how to make money, so I explored various business models such as modeling, clubs, pubs, whiskey bars, clothing stores, eel and seafood specialty restaurants, Japanese buffet, traditional Korean restaurants, knife-cut noodle restaurants, beef restaurants, Chinese restaurants, sushi restaurants, and more. Out of curiosity about foreign markets, I also worked in a club in China for about six months. Because of these experiences, I have gained a significant understanding of operating and cooking in the food service industry, as well as valuable skills in managing people, which is one of the most important aspects of running a business.
