Job responsibilities & achievements

• Lead the sourcing development of TNF APAC performance outerwear that improve development efficiencies in accordance with the objectives set by the management.
• Engage in MULTI SPEED program that asset Digital print capability & development in vertical sourcing, set up T&A guidelines for SMU programs to fulfill business need with Leadtime savings.
• Engage in Leadtime & prebuild harmonization & automation project. Translate knowledge/idea and best practice sharing to influence the entire TNF sourcing associates to adopt on new ways of working.
• Coordination between vendors, suppliers, overseas counterparts, QA and internal parties to ensure the development process are on the right track that ensure smooth order execution.
• Work on costing analysis, cost negotiation and COO planning. Provide suggestion and cost option to hit seasonal Target Margin.
• Experience in handle functional woven & knit outdoor apparel.
• Coordinate seasonal fitting session with designers, developers, vendors.
• Follow up lab-dips, strike off & garment approval as well as garment and related testing.
• Coaching to subordinate and training to new joiners as well as vendors.
• Be the knowledge transfer enabler that support on writing SOP & training to new regional teams during transition period of HK office closure.
