C3802 - APM & BHS Tunnel and Related Works, HK International Airport Third Runway

• Construction of Ventilation Building for tunnel and surrounding underground utilities (Comms & Telecom, CLP Ducting, Stormwater Drainage, Seawater Supply)
• Superstructure construction for a 2-story ventilation building with coordination of ABWF and E&M Works.
• Studying on-site problems and discussing possible solution including UU and openings clashes and raise site queries. Follow up with discussion with clients, Architect and MEP Consultant.
• Assisting Quantity Surveyor for issuing Early Warning to the client in Changes in design and incomplete construction drawings.
• Statutory submission for completed potable water supply system including WSD submission, Concrete Ventilation inspection and DG inspection to FSD.
• Coordination with subcontractor for the temporary design such as working platform, falsework and formwork.
• Planning of construction joint and discussion with rebar fixing subcontractor for different lapping at joint.

• Construction of CLP Substation and surrounding underground utilities (Stormwater and CLP Ducting)
• Construction of 2-story CLP Substation superstructure from foundation to post concreting work.
• Providing assistance to site agents and foremen.
• Coordinate with ABWF and E&M team for CBWD updates.
• Document Submission including material submission, method statement, lifting plan, logistic plan, concreting plan.
• Site inspection with HKAA inspectors and BD inspectors in daily routine for superstructure construction.
• Testing for UU such as, Air Test and Water Test for gravity pipeline, swabbing & pressure test for potable water pipeline.
