Over 19 yrs solid experience working for same 3PL company to manage & supervise whole logistics site's operation (more than 30+ customers) in different kind of operation model and product. Currently I manage over 70+ staffs (CS+OPS) in the multiple facility now, Sometimes i assigned to be the Project Manager to support project implementation for new win businesses.

Basically, the main customer in current facility is High-tech customer: such as Intel, Cisco, Molex, Dell, Apple Trad-in, Shure, Tyco, Google, HP and there is one of the Luxury fashion brand - Prada, in support of warehouse storage and order fulfillment; And we have support the other Luxury fashion brand - Louis Vuitton, for fashion show event on Nov-2023, we are the appointed as the exclusive logistics provider for LV's first 2024 menswear fashion show in HK. Responsible for prepare the fashion items at the temporary fashion studio with customer, transportation in between fashion studio to fashion show location and deliver to their appointed showroom, send the fashion products to appointed location for photo shooting.

For AMC project, i have a great opportunity to work with OGCIO team (the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer) to handle the Government's material project, that's a great experience for me to work with some of the HK Government departments as we have to communicate with them before delivery

In my footprint, i am working at 4 different facilities in HK (TM, TP, TY & TKO) and ad-hoc support at Shenzhen & Yantian warehouse to working for customer like: Alicloud, AWS, AMD, Huawei SP, Intel, IBM, EMC, Motorola SP, Molex, Siemens BT, Targus, Vtech....etc
