A. Product Supply Planning Competencies

- LE Manager of Production Planner in Guangzhou plant with handling materials management, planning, procurement, and project management ( since June 2022 )

- Leading S&OP with Production Plant ( MTP ) on planning, capacity utilization, mass production for new products, prioritization…etc. to support business need and initiative.

- Drive PSM topics to improve global operational planning and supply lead times in APAC.

- Plan & execute forecast with sales colleagues to ensure proper raw material & capacity planning

- Achieve best possible rough planning with PSM team on capacity and raw material planning per demand forecast.

- Define finished goods supply concept in accordance with market dynamics and production considerations including define planning strategies

- Responsible for APAC Inventory Management & working capital. Regular Slow Moving stock monitoring, clearance & quarterly write off . On time monthly report to management ( 2023 result : exceed target, reduce inventory level by 26% )

B. Key Project Management

- Key responsibilities on Global PPS programs to drive continuous efficiency improvement, including redesign supply planning methodologies for successful CBP project ( 2024 ).

- Responsible for on-time-in-full ( OTIF ) performance and product supply service level in APAC. ( 2023 OTIF result : exceed target by 5% )

- Customer and order management in Specialty Film product since Sept 2005 ( both regional and country basis )

- Supervisory Performance ( Teams of 8 persons ) – Back up of OM Manager

- SAP OtC & CRM Key User

- ICS Coordinator

- Project leader of customer satisfaction survey 2012 for APAC region

- Kaizen leader on Films order handling process ( 2008 )

- Manage for all phases of order fulfillment from acceptance to completion, including preparing quotation, follow up with Supplier on order status and delivery

- Prepare and verify Sales Contract

- Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer relationship

- Liaise with Engineers for technical and quality issues
