• Lending Authority – Unsecured Personal Loan $50,000, Credit Card $100,000, Oversea Worker Loan $40,000)
• Monitor payment; cash arrangement; preparing daily cash position report
• Handle customer's complaints and difficult situation
• Direct and supervise subordinates in performing the loan processing procedures
• Performed ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Complied with regulatory requirements including AML / CDD / EDD
