Implemented Student Record System.
This system was to record students’ information, maintain courses, cater grants, prepare payment advices for tuition & miscellaneous fees, receive payments and maintain ledgers.
Implemented Purchase Control System.
This system was to capture details of purchase requisitions (PR) and submit for approval. By checking budget vs expenditure details, approver could approve or reject PR. Approver would be notified after PR was submitted through e-mail. Approval process would be continued according to Approval Flow levels until PR was approved or rejected and all previous level approvers and submitter would be notified through e-mail. Procurement staff could check all approved PR details and issue purchase orders (PO). Outstanding quantities of PO would be updated when goods were received. An interface was built to post journals to General Ledger System.
Implemented Sales System.
This system handled different brands of business, captured details of invoices, generated invoices, and performed credit control, debtors aging analysis & bank reconciliation. Journals would be posted to General Ledger System.
