• Wrote, translated, edited and produced the Society’s publications and social content (Chi & Eng) in any forms including EDMs, leaflets, brochures, Facebook, Instagram, Pawprint magazine and Annual Review
• Reviewed articles for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards and factually and culturally accurate translation
• Generated and maintained the Society's style guides to encourage consistent quality of content across all departments
• Drove accuracy of content through careful proofreading, fact-checking and extensive research
• Managed the editorial and graphic design team, together with the printing house, to bring an idea from conceptio to fruition

1. Worked closely with overseas customers and own factory in China for product development, sampling, and garment production

2. Assisted sales team to prepare presentation and meeting in English for effective communications
