Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize business opportunities.
  Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase products and services, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Arrange direct mailing of company catalogues and booklets to different potential clients

Product Introduction:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's product portfolio, including vinyl floor, wall protection, carpets, installation and other services.
• Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to clients, emphasizing their value in meeting project requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team and designer to create marketing materials, such as booklets, leaflets, social media content and EDMs, to support product promotion efforts.
  Manage the stock of product samples and sample books, collaborate with the procurement team to order the samples and deliver them to the clients.

Social Media Management:

• Oversee the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
• Take photos of finished projects, develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and generate leads.
• Create compelling and relevant content, such as posts, articles, and videos, to increase user engagement and brand awareness.

Project Management:

• Coordinate the delivery of materials with contractors, users and the transportation team.
• Attend site meetings and site visits, draft project updates to report the site condition and the working schedule.
• Deal with the project defects, arrange site visits and discuss the approach with the clients and project team.
