- Technical problem solving and new test development
- Handle division Budget, resources and productivity Control

- Join product line review and provide quality comments
- Maintain lab quality to meet ISO17025 standard (Ex. SOP update, equipment calibration, proficiency testing, etc)
- Handle US brand retailer compliance project (Ex: In-house testing lab audit and factory product safety, compliance document review (CPC, monitor in-house and 3rd party lab correlation exercise)
- Set up audit report, checklist, review final audit report, CAR review and approval
- Co-operate and support offshore auditor to proceed onsite audit for (Ex. In-house lab audit, factory product safety audit to compliant retailer SOP - Needle & Foreign Metal Contamination control, MAH trim quality control and Children Flame Resistant Sleepwear quality control)
