Manage and oversee a team of Partner Support Executives/ Paraplanners to provide both adhoc and ongoing support to partners/shareholders and clients in the following areas:
1) Business Support: provides services to Sales through the submission process of New Business and Policy Servicing on plans services within the organization and with 3rd party investment providers.
