Support Asia CFO and Regional Finance team across 10 countries for LEC, Regulatory and Tax Reporting functions.

Help driving initiatives for the region, including:

• Leading Robotic Automation program (using Power BI, Alteryx, Pega RDA)
• Coordinate large-scale projects, e.g. Transition to new Oracle GL cloud base platform.
• Examined quarterly financials to determine business operating capacity.

Responsible for Product Control functions operating across 12 countries in Asia Pacific. Trading businesses included Execution Services, Derivatives Trading, Equity Financing, and Interest Rate trading/Currency hedging.

• Coverage over global Index Arbitrage/Derivatives/ Equity Finance businesses.
• PL analytics and commentary review.
• Balance Sheet focus, including overview of Funding/ Tax transfer pricing
• Price testing review and analysis.
• New product analysis and review.
• Conduct Monthly business management reporting.
• Process review and improvement (Operational Excellence/ Robotic Automation)
• Support regional expansion (transition of PL production to offshore location).
• Ad hoc projects.
