Summary

As Li Style Tai Chi 5th Generation Successor, I have dedicated myself to the study of Tai Chi and Chinese culture since I was 6 years old. At the age of 15, I began my professional teaching journey. Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of teaching numerous students from diverse backgrounds, including psychiatric patients, special-need children, various educational levels, housewives, retirees, law enforcement personnel, healthcare professionals, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and university professors. Teaching Tai Chi is not merely about transmitting a physical practice or skill; it is about imparting a philosophy and promoting a harmonious lifestyle. As a lifelong Tai Chi practitioner, I strive to share the knowledge, experience, and benefits I have gained over the years. My greatest satisfaction comes from touching the lives of others and bringing about positive change through the wisdom I share.
