As a quality engineer, I am responsible for reviewing the different business processes under cold chain organizations. Since I've assumed the role in 2022, I have been able to implement various automation initiatives that are responsible for a 45% alarm deflection rate for Monitoring Services, a 5.65 Quality Sigma, and for the different continuous improvement initiatives that have paved the way for $600-700 thousand in cost savings annually.
Because of the impact of my role in terms of value creation, I am now a member of the company's Impact Circle, an Impact Coach, and now as a Quality Circle Representative.
As a Community Development Worker, I am in charge of assessing the needs of the community in terms of running a Small Medium Enterprise. I was promoted to the OIC role to handle the provincial operations of SEDP in Masbate Province.
