-Organize promotional activities such as festival decorations work for Christmas and Chinese New Year Festival, monthly art exhibition at atrium and redemption of gifts for shoppers;
-Monitor the performance of all property services contractors including security guards and cleaning workers;
-Handle complaints and enquiries from Tenants and visitors.

-Daily operation management including handling complaints and enquiries from flats owners of the estate (in charge of four (4) towers, approximately 1000 flat units);

-Attend Owners Committees meetings and take meeting minutes;
-Handling complaints and enquiries from Tenants.
