In charge of all Leasing and Property Management affairs for a family office with portfolio assets including luxury residential and commercial properties and retail shops.

I was resigned from my previous role, Assistant Property Manager, to take up my new role in the family business during COVID 19 time period and ended my task in May 2025.

-Fully in charge of all Leasing and Property Management day-to-day operation of a commercial building, Tai Yip Building, in Wan Chai;

-Lead a team to manage and conclude new lease/renewable tenancy negotiations with tenants and agents;

-Coordinate with all internal and external parties including all property services contractors to deliver high quality service to tenants;

-Experience in handling external wall repair work project, emergency handling (labour dispute) and flooding causes handling for a commercial building.

-Assist property manager in leasing and property management affairs for a shopping centre, Tai Yau Plaza, in Wan Chai.

-Handle move-in decoration works, reinstatement works, renovation works with tenants and their contractors;

-Handover and Takeover shops from existing tenants, and car park management;

-Organize promotional activities such as festival decorations work for Christmas and Chinese New Year Festival, monthly art exhibition at atrium and redemption of gifts for shoppers;

-Monitor the performance of all property services contractors including security guards and cleaning workers;

-Handle complaints and enquiries from Tenants and visitors.

Property Management for a residential estate,

“Luk Yeung Sun Chuen”, at Tsuen Wan (with 4,000 flat units)

-Daily operation management including handling complaints and enquiries from flats owners of the estate (in charge of four (4) towers, approximately 1000 flat units);

-Monitoring all property management service contractors including cleaning workers and security guards;

-Attend Owners Committees meetings and take meeting minutes;

-Handling complaints and enquiries from Tenants.
