Responsibilities:
• Work closely with colleagues from the site team to facilitate statutory submissions for the T2E project, Issue SA Approved Submissions and Documents to AAHK, prepare Building Department submission
• Collaborate with colleagues from the MEP teams on SA submissions
• Coordinate with draftsmen on CAD drawings amendment and respond to site queries from the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) to ensure continuous project progression.
• Enhance project efficiency by enhancing team communication and applying strategic management practices, efficiently managing pending BA form submissions to the Building Department.
• Keeping and updating relevant C3508 statutory submission register issuance to AAHK

Project: Ports & Marine Projects

Responsibilities:
• Extract sea level and land use data from GIS for advanced flood risk analysis.
• Assist in the segmentation and naming of Batch regions for clarity and organization.
• Support the creation of PowerPoint documents by identifying zones of interest and determining wave height and period parameters.
