- Aircraft Mechanic / Line maintenance: Perform Visual FOD Parameters, turn 360 walks around check, headset communication, Positioning Chocks Aircraft, Checking Maintenance equipment list and report, cabin report. Certification of the Aircraft tire, change and pressure check. Perform aircraft servicing such as oil service, refueling JET-A1, hydraulic service, draining tank water, and fuel removal. Install wheels nose & main landing gear wheels, remove and install brakes assembly. Routine Check (Scheduled and Non-Routine (Un-Scheduled). Perform major and minor TSM and AMM updated revision and rectification with certifying staff. Perform to determine defects and unsatisfactory condition present in the aircraft, diagnose the cause and provide corrective action. Perform quick engine change (CFM 56-5b & V2500) with heavy tooling equipment, tools for removal, and installation parts. Perform to maintain rules and regulation and policies of the airline company. Perform Marshall Aircraft FOD checks before and after arrival of the aircraft to make sure aircraft is free from debris that can cause damage. Rescued aircraft at Hongkong to perform engine change. Perform compressor wash (CFM 56-5B) (ROLLS-ROYCE TRENT 700) ENGINE. Machinery JUNIPER compressor wash and tools equipment wet and dry motor and engine assist with the Inspector staff. Resolve complex technical problems and troubleshoot unusual repairs. Perform pre-flight, post-flight calendar and periodic/ phase inspection on aircraft including structures, landing gears, engines, instruments, cockpits, cabin, flight surfaces and controls, and all related functions. Inspect aircraft components for cleanliness, alignment and proper clearance and operation, evidence of wear, cracks and looseness in accordance with technical orders.
