17 Years experience with over 11 years in managerial position, experience in operation and project management come across 4 completely different industries with different culture, especially in change management and process improvement. Self-motivated and tenacious characteristics help to resolve most of the problem in the past and this have been proven by the significant changes in sales turnover or operational cost for those companies. Excellent organizing skills in scheduling, as well as collaboration skill, have helped the company to shorten the start-up time in 13 months for a project scale of around 2 billion RMB.
1. Finished the setting of first 75MWatt gas turbine project (coal to gas policy in Dongguan)in time before 2021, which is one of the major policy from Dongguan to control the carbon emission. In result, DG plant have reduced around 25% of carbon emission.
2. Build the first Waste incineration power plant between the Group. By re-considering the calorific value of the waste in production, the implementation of waste incineration boiler would resulted in reduction of 10% of coal consumption
3. Build a new Bio-mass & solar energy complex power plant within 13 months in GuangXi Plant. For the new start-up of the plant, we have introduced various tactics to minimize the energy consumption, such as implementation of solar energy but considering to control within 10% of the total needs, using the latest servo motor technology to reduce the energy use around 8-15% according to the past record, etc
4. Being one of the member for CCER projects of the group, which initiated the following plans: reforestation in GuangXi, solar energy project in existing plants
Reporting directly to the CEO, managed strategy and daily operation. Oversaw teams for Customer Services, Purchasing, PMC & Warehousing, HR & Admins and Production. The following accomplishments have been made:
1. Identify the boom neck of the production to increase the efficiency of the whole production plant by around 400%, such as re-engineering of the workflow to minimize the operational cost in aspect of manpower or energy, re-allocated one of the work station to increase the output by the same energy consumpted.
2. Successfully persuade the major client of the company to increase the annual ordered quantities around 50% by showing positive evidences on factory continuous improvement
3. Support the R&D team to source new parts and components and develop new suppliers to enhance the supplier base for the company
To be deployed to supervise the whole operation functions and the supply chain for the source of raw material to generate around CNY60M turnover annually. In the period of me, the following accomplishments have been achieved:
1. Establish and coach the management team for the factory operation
2. Switch a traditional workshop into a modern factory by implementing set of manufacturing management tools in result of increment in production capacity from 15Ton in 2011 up to 70Ton in 2015
3. Rise in reputation among the industry by establishing a QM function to the company to improve the quality of product (including OEM products)
