o Responsible in performing administrative and technical tasks e.g., pre-screening of initial requirements to qualify for scholarship availment of government employees, preparation of letter replies/ notices to the schools, availee and scholars, park payments in SAP, monitors scholars’ GPA and schedule of payments, visit schools of inactive scholars and meet the scholars to track their progress and gather feedbacks; responds to queries and provides assistance to the Training Division, as needed.
