  • Collect and manage documents needed for customer invoicing like Cartage Advice (POD),
    Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIR IN/OUT), TABS, CY Fee/s, MAF Form and other related documents.
  • Provide assistance on billing issues and or payment concern from vendors to DGF finance.
  • Act as the requester for office supplies to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Conduct training sessions for vendors on billing process.
  • Request quotations from subcontractor truckers for new business wins and ad‑hoc requirements.
