1. Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned fleet.
2. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good crew rotation and ensuring any requirements are met on a timely manner;
3. Responsible for timely recruitment and selection of well-experienced, competent, and qualified seafarers in accordance with national and international rules and regulations and the Principal matrix.
4. Monitors crew promotions and career development and initiates proposal to Epsilon Hellas/Principal.
5. Responsible for communicating with the Principals regarding crew proposal and continuously updating them on the status and concerns of the seafarer.
6. Monitors and coordinates the training needs of seafarers and maintains evaluation records based on their shipboard experience and the Principal’s evaluation.
7. Ensures on-time submission of the Availability Report to the Principal in accordance with the Standard Operation Procedure for the “Availability Report”.
8. Conducts briefing for joining crew and debriefing of off-signers.
