- Underwent up to 30+ hours a week of Rugby Specific Training, Gym/ Conditioning Programs, and produce Post Training/ Tournament Team Analysis Presentations for Coaches & Teammates. (HKSI 7's Programme).

- Competed in Domestic League Club Matches in order to build form for selection in either/both Hong Kong National 15's (25 Man Squad) & 7's Mens (14 Man Squad) Teams. Prior to International Competition. (USRC Tigers RFC) (15's Rugby).

- Competed in Domestic & Overseas 7's Tournaments to improve Hong Kong's world ranking or further qualifications for the HSBC World 7's Series/7's World Cup/ Olympic qualifier tournaments. As well as more tournament opportunity for player development. (Hong Kong Rugby Sevens, ARFU Sevens Series and GFI Rugby 10's).

- Was part of a 4-6 person coaching staff to Coordinate Trials , Trainings and Match Days (New Years Day Youth Rugby Tournament) (NAG Role) .

- Provide Coaching of Rugby specific warm ups, drills, high speed games and cool downs in trainings (USRC Tigers U14 Boys) (NAG Role) .

- Had the responsibility of Team Selection and Rotation for Match Days was a regular occurrence (USRC Tigers U14 Boys) (NAG Role) .

- The experience consisted of shadowing the Head of the Hong Kong Sevens during the Annual Hong Kong Rugby Sevens weekend.

- At the time the event had already become a part of the HSBC World Sevens Series.

- My tasks spanned between distributing locker room keys for the international rugby teams to guiding VIP's to different areas of the stadium. Where ever I could help in the day-to-day operations of the event, I would be there.

Result-“Jason played an integral role in the team services management for the 2015 Hong Kong Sevens. Jason was very professional and provided exceptional service to teams during the event. I can highly recommend Jason for future roles in event management.”

- Joined this new Hong Kong Premiership Club (Yokohama FC Hong Kong) as my previous district (Sham Shui Po) U20's coach was signed as the new head coach.

- Participated up to 30+ a week of on-field Football specific training and Strength & Conditioning Sessions in the gym.

- The aim was to make match day squads in both 1st and Reserve Team league matches on a weekly basis in the Hong Kong Football Premiership.

Results: Became a regular starter at Right Back in the Reserve League and bench player for 1st team at the age of 18.
