• Led the cross-functional due diligence for M&A deals. Cases include one Target Company with annual sales of CNY 90mil, and numbers of key risk findings have been identified via due diligence.
• Built up SOP and investment risk control modeling for M&A deals. 6 out of 8 deals have been terminated via the modeling.
• Coordinated the post-deal integration as PMO from operational, financial and ERP perspective.
• Tracked the post-deal performance and set up the red-light warning mechanism.
• Set up ad hoc calculation models for M&A deals, i.e. built up one supply-chain related model v1.0, comprehensively considering the ROI from equity investment and procurement pricing impact.
• Re-analyzed 2 historical underperformed deals to come up with numbers of improvement suggestions regarding to the future investment processes.

• Led the team to deliver financial due diligence and risk analysis for the equity investment and M&A deals proceeded by investing funds and brother companies within the Fosun Group.
• Involved in more than 20 deals and most of the target companies were from trending sectors like: high-tech materials development, semiconductor, new energy applications and high-tech medical services, etc.
• Involved in post-deal performance tracking and had successfully found one high risk target company via financial analysis. And with my support the fund has minimized the potential investment losses.
• Involved in 3 ad hoc internal audit programs to provide financial support. A number of internal control weaknesses and one management fraud were identified in these programs. The internal control weaknesses prompt losses of over CNY 300k which has all been retrieved and the fraud case was related to IT service procurement with a contract value over CNY 10mil
• Led a 8-member team to develop the 'Fosun FDD toolkit', which includes numbers of analysis tools, reporting frameworks, risk guidelines especially in trending investment sectors, and the latest interpretation of local GAAP and IFRS, etc.
• Other achievements at Fosun include: a) In 2022 awarded as the Fosun Financial Due Diligence Elite Expert (only 3 grantees within the Fosun Group), b) in 2023 awarded as the Best Performer of Financial Risk Controlling Department (representing the 5% top performers within the team)

• Led the team to deliver financial due diligence, post-deal integration and M&A risk advisory for the buyer and seller clients.
• Involved in more than 50 M&A deals and the investors/clients included global PE/VC funds (i.e Temasek, Blackstone, C-Bridge), MNC as inbound investors (i.e Volkswagen, Timken) and Chinese enterprises as outbound investors (i.e Wingtech闻泰科技, Envision Energy遠景能源, Shanghai Electric上海電氣)
• The target companies were mainly from semiconductor, intelligent manufacturing and health care sectors.
• My biggest deals at Deloitte were comprised of : a) In 2019-2020 I have led the financial advisory team to proceed the 100-day post-deal integration program in the deal of Wingtech acquiring Nexperia安世半導體, which was one of the biggest semiconductor companies in Europe with an annual sales of over USD 1.5 billion in 2019. The integration covered the financial & management reporting, forecasting rolling and tracking, internal control of CAPEX and equity investments, etc. The financial and accounting team of Nexperia had over 100 team members. b) In 2020 I have supported China Mobile中國移動 investing in Hangzhou Dahua浙江大華, which was the global leader of digital security solution providers. Our financial findings include: risk analysis of new business incubation models, high-risk business carve-out, supply chain stability, treasury forecasting, foreign segment performance, sales rebate variance and EBITDA bridge interpretations, etc. c) In 2018 I have assisted Envision in its acquisition of the electric vehicle battery business of Nissan Japan.
