I bring over 17 years of extensive experience in marketing, sales and distribution from top, multinational pharma/healthcare corporations. I have a proven track record in end-to-end portfolio strategy formulation and execution; recognizing market insights, creating fresh campaigns and strategies, and developing holistic go-to-market activations across traditional and digital touchpoints. · Head 2 departments (Marketing and Customer Service) with 2 direct reports; responsible for coaching and empowering my team.
· Manage the healthcare brand and portfolio with 6 categories. Year on year, I have consistently achieved #1 share in digital blood pressure (BP) monitors in the Philippines, and respectable shares in other categories.
· Manage the product life cycles, including the launch plans of new products. Some of my recent, successful launches include the TENS devices and Connectivity line-up.
· Conduct market research to generate market insights and identify opportunities.
· Develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns. In our recently executed Bayanihan Campaign, we greatly exceeded our marketing and sales KPIs (3000% vs. PY, 115% vs. budget).
· Manage PR and advertising. My most recent PR execution is the May Measurement Month press meet in a bid to promote home blood pressure (BP) measurement. The digital press meet succesfully generated 32 media coverage across print, digital and radio.
· Rich experience marketing in the digital world (social media, GDN, e-commerce, influencers). I built OMRON’s local FB page, which has reached 120K+ followers to date. I also started and grew our e-commerce platforms Lazada and Shopee; e-commerce performance shows spectacular growth and now contributes to roughly 18% of the total business.
· Negotiate and partner with distributors and retailers. I have a very deep and extensive experience in pharmaceutical/OTC/healthcare distribution, being intimately involved in all areas of negotiation to expand OMRON’s reach in the Philippines.
· Plan and execute BTL activations and trade marketing programs across all channels.
· Initiate and execute corporate partnerships. Recent pharma projects with AstraZeneca and Sanofi-Aventis have been recognized in the region as success models.
· Engage with KOLs and HCPs through medical conventions, CME activities and other programs.
· Manage A&P budget and business/financial objectives.
