• 2023 : Design, testing and commissioning of 5000kVA and 1000kVA for Data Centres. (K4,98.5%-5Taps, Low Inrush Current.) Design,testing,supply, 2 nos isolation transformer for Data Centres, YNJDC. YTL Johor Data Centres.
• 2022 : Design, testing and commissioning 800KVA for NDK Factory. Design and supply special and customized design transformer. Double Deck design with special outlook. Low footprint and high profile.
• 2021 : International Technical Paper Presentation. Present technical paper entitled “The Development an Algorithm of Magnitudes Changes of Frequency Response Analysis For Transformer” in 23rd Conference of the Electricity Power Supply Industry (CEPSI 2021): The Energy Digicon of Asia-Pacific and 2021 International Conference on Electrical, Electronic, Communication and Control Engineering (ICEECC2021).
• 2021 : Applied Voltage Test System Operation and Commissioning. Analyzing and diagnosing the issue applied voltage system that not operated since 2018 after the purchase. Figure out the root cause and complete the circuit connection for system to operate.
• 2020 : Task Force - Reducing defect and Rework Cost. Develop RCA (root cause analysis) with the operation team upon the issues of failure if the products. Using 8D Discipline approach to identify the root cause and proposed the CAR (corrective action report).
• 2019 : Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program. Plan and develop the maintenance program for test system 11kV and 33kV test lab. Ensure the calibration of the equipment conducted in the timeline and conduct the intermediate check for every equipment to ensure its accuracy and reliability.
• 2018 : Product Development: Machinery and Elevator market (Interruptible Power Supply) Market. RND (research and development) of long type dry type transformer of 30kVA (415V/240V). MYR 100,000 project value worth business amount of MYR 3,000,000. I was assigned directly to develop the product with Engineering General Manager, Aikawa San.
• 2017 : Product Development: UPS (Interruptible Power Supply) Market. Design the transformer based on customer specification and international standard. Optimizing the design in terms of cost to meet the target price and customer need. Cost, lead time and quality are top priority to win the tender in the market.
