· Act as the key client relationship director and PIC for multiple MNC clients, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the global mobility programs across the APAC region, navigating tax & immigration compliance and risk management issues in key APAC locations e.g., Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia etc.

· Specialised in Hong Kong and China employer and employee taxes and advise on corporate tax risks relating to mobility e.g. permanent establishment exposures and other compliance considerations e.g. China forex exchange regulations.

· Advising on a wide range of compensation structuring, equity & incentive planning, HR policies’ design and implementation.

· Trusted tax advisors to many high net-worth individuals and senior executives, providing personalized support to them and their families and provide tax residency management advisory.

· Hosting and speaking at internal trainings and external seminars.

· Lead and coach a high-performing team by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.

· Continuously meeting revenue target and other financial target and receive exceptional performance rating from my partners and supervisors.

· Providing global mobility services, including tax compliance and advisory services, immigration, compensation and equity structuring and dynamic work strategy to clients

· Experienced in developing practical solutions for clients relating to employment and remuneration structuring

· Costs projections, gross-to-net calculations, design and formulate tax equalization policy, equity/cash-based incentive plans, housing schemes, fringe benefits policy and etc

· Advising clients from diverse industries on individual tax and mobility issues, including carry plan / co-investment plan of private equity funds

· Extensive experience in dealing with tax bureaus to deal with tax audits, backlog filings, penalty waiver negotiation, salary reimbursement / cost-charge arrangement and etc

· Hosting and speaking at internal trainings and external seminars (e.g IRD, China tax bureaus, HKGCC, FHKI, CMA, HKIHRM).

• - Preparing Net Assets Values and other fund accounting reports; - Ensuring compliance with HKEx listing rules, tax, and prospectus restrictions; and - Implementing the businessʼ investment strategies and performing assessments of both public and private equity markets.
