· Managed daily export and import operations, including LCL/FCL bookings, air freight arrangements, trucking coordination, and cross-border courier services between China and Hong Kong.
· Prepared and verified full sets of shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading) and ensured accurate transmittal of documents to overseas agents for smooth customs clearance.
· Served as the key liaison between factories and freight forwarders to align shipment schedules and ensure seamless supply chain flow.
· Supervised and monitored team performance, tracked all shipments, and proactively resolved potential delays.
· Acted as the primary troubleshooter for urgent issues such as shipment delays or space shortages, implementing alternative solutions to guarantee on-time delivery.
· Led a cargo consolidation project from Shenzhen to Europe, optimizing container space and reducing overall shipping costs.
· Maintained strong client relationships by handling inquiries, providing quotations, and managing complaints with effective logistics solutions.

·Answer all incoming call and enquiry
·Data entry in the system and receive order by mail and phone
·Assist sales to ship cargo to Macau and solve the problem
·Arrange trucking for cargo delivery daily
·Handle shipping document and issue delivery order daily
·Stock checking in warehouse once every year

·Daily communication with vendors and trucking team and warehouse team to make sure smoothly of delivery cargo

·Arrange FCL/ LCL booking
·Handle shipping document and issue invoice
·Send quotation to customer and compare the price which is the most save cost for customer
·Use Tradelink for custom clearance from Hong Kong
·Handle import / export shipments
·Issue invoice and help account department to chase the payment
·Daily communication with freight forwarding, shipping line, trucking company and also suppliers
