English Subject Teacher:

• Teach English to Junior 2, Junior 3, and Senior 6 students using New Treasure Plus textbooks, with rigorous alignment to DSE standards and school-based assess.
• Plan and adapt lesson materials (worksheets, mock exams, multimedia PPTs) to diverse learning levels, resulting in 88% of students meeting grade targets. (15 out of 17 in Junior 3 English).
• Implemented targeted DSE exam strategies for Senior 6, focusing on Paper 1 reading and paper 2 writing.

Student Support & SEN Contributions:

• Serve as a member of the school SEN team, monitoring emotional or behavioral needs of 2 students with learning differences (ADHD, dyslexia).
• Help organize and supervise student volunteer programs during school days and sometimes weekends (like elderly home visits).

Homeroom teacher:

• Managed daily administrative tasks for a class of 20 NCS

students, including: Attendance tracking and parent -

teacher communication.

• Helped in preparing teaching materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, or visual aids and also maintain discipline and order in the classroom, monitor student behavior.
• Assisted in delivering lessons, conducting demonstrations, or leading small group discussions.
• Helped with administrative duties, such as record-keeping, attendance tracking, or organizing course materials.

• Gave lectures on English reading comprehension and provided individualized feedback to students based on their pronunciation errors in their audio assignments, deepening students' understanding in phonetic and phonological rules, as well as intonation and stress of English.
• Helped students identify their specific weakness, set periodic goals and then utilized proper learning methods based on their learning pace.

Japanese Division

• Worked on strategies for products' descriptions and refreshed the page designs for the products that had been on sale for many years, resulting in a significant increase in the daily sale from 230000 yen to around 1000000 yen.
• Calculated cost-benefit ratio for products and made strategic promotion plans by observing and analyzing the market dynamics, and developed two new products individually.

• Conveyed knowledge of Chinese vocabulary and grammar.
• Gave feedback on students' performance on mock exams and instructed students on test-taking strategies for HSK examinations.

• Edit news from home and abroad, made audio recordings of the news.
