● Lead and supervise the team to deliver high quality products and service to achieve sales and operation targets

● Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and shop team performance

● Recruit and train frontline staff with shop hygiene, occupational health & safety, selling skills and service standard

● Handle HR matters for Operations Team such as attendance record, duty roster, documents follow-up etc.

● Maintain efficient communication between retail shops and internal departments

● Get regular market information within jurisdiction, consolidate the first-hand information report to the management

● In charge person of at least one shop

● Oversee whole area shop managers, sales and issues, solve them and then report to area manager

● Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant including hall and kitchen

● Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales target, KPIs and operation efficiency

● Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness

● Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues

● Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stock take regularly

● Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review

● Implement branding and marketing promotions

● Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication

● Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

● Responsible for daily accounting duties of accounts receivable and account payable

● Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, document filing and preparing vouchers

● Provide general clerical support, petty cash handling, system entries

● Assist in month-end closing and inter-company reconciliation

● Perform bank reconciliation

● Assist in preparing financial reports, budget and forecast process

● Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as colleagues and auditors
