Responsible for managing the entire real estate portfolio in Hong Kong and Macau, which encompassed strategic planning, consolidation, optimization (including transactions), and leadership of all real estate projects from business case planning to implementation.

Undertook an 8-month secondment contract, serving as the Corporate Real Estate Representative for AXA Insurance. In this capacity, managed AXA's portfolio of ongoing projects in Hong Kong, which included deployment. This role encompassed the management of both upstream stakeholders and downstream vendors.

Led a business unit comprising ten team members. Responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including formulating project briefs with clients, budgetary planning, overseeing the procurement and tendering process with relevant vendors, including main contractors, managing construction projects, creating and managing project schedules, and ensuring successful project close-outs. On a daily basis, role spanned from strategic business development planning and nurturing client relationships to providing training and fostering the career development of team members. Additionally responsible for managing the Business Unit's Profit and Loss.
