This opportunity allowed me to engage with a diverse group of learners, each with unique challenges and strengths. My primary role involved creating inclusive lesson plans tailored to various learning styles, which required creativity and adaptability.

One of the most significant challenges I faced was addressing communication barriers. Student had different ways of expressing themselves, and I learned to adapt my communication strategies to meet their needs. Building trust was essential; establishing strong relationships allowed students to feel safe and more willing to engage in learning.

Another challenge that I would spend more time to prepare learning material, my presentation skills and hand made exercise that assist student to learn and understand easily.

This experience profoundly impacted my personal and professional development. I gained a deeper empathy for the diverse needs of learners and honed my teaching skills, becoming more versatile in my approach.

In conclusion, my time as a volunteer teacher for SEN students was transformative. It deepened my understanding of education and the significance of fostering an inclusive environment.
