I'm a highly driven Secondary School graduate with brilliant work ethics. Also born in Hong Kong and topping most of my English grades, I can fluently speak Cantonese and English. I started working right after finishing school. Starting working as a labourer at young age in places like construction sites and HK Airport. Working in airport restricted areas taught me the importance of safety first and good teamwork. I shifted my career to FnB at the age of 20 which was a great decision . I have experience in both bar and floor but I decided to focus my job on the floor as it was my strength. I have loved my journey so far from starting as a Foodrunner to working my way up to floor captain in 7 months .Then shifted to barback because I wanted to experience bar life. After spending an year in bar, one of my manager saw me helping out on the floor and advice me to work on the floor full time as I could interact with Guests, handle pressure very well and was very team spirited. Took that advice and it was the best decision i made in my career. 4 years in FnB and Im still always learning and growing like its my first job.
