  • At honestbee I set the direction for retail process and procedures to support the customer experience and build a consistent brand image, to launch the world's first tech-enabled, multi-sensory grocery & dining destination.
  • Whilst working for ParkNShop I identified over 54 process improvements, with savings of over $10m HKD.
  • I was involved in Implementing a warehouse stock reduction program for both Homebase UK and Sainsbury's, that was rolled out company wide and bringing to life new HR strategies for coaching and processes performance.
  • In addition to simplification projects, I have a strong background in food production and Health & Safety which I have used to improve working practices, standards that reduce costs. Turnaround of poor performing sites and Growing sales with simple cost effective ideas.
