• To lead and oversee the development and implementation of the teaching programs, ensuring that they cater for the learning needs and wellbeing of all students.
• To implement a regular revision and review cycle for all aspects of the teaching programs so that they remain responsive to current research in pedagogical practice.

- IB Extended Essay (EE) Coordinator

• To track the students’ progress on Managebac and give support to the student and extended essay supervisor to complete the task on time
• To oversee the Extended Essay handing in process and the teachers complete the supervision properly
• To create the student workshops on effective research questions, research techniques, academic honesty policies.
