  • Fully responsible the COGS of the entire business operations of Beauty and Wellness business unit, to lead the whole Asia Pacific Operations including supply chain, sourcing & procurement activities, new product development, quality management, FP&A, costing control.
  • Lead the cross-functional activities to drive and execute the strategies on elevate for growth the missions & goals, including from supplier selection, strategic benchmarking, both supply and market analysis in Asia Pacific to supply the best-in-class products with lowest total cost, best quality and services for all markets globally.

  • Initiate and drive regular profit margin improvement programs through the cross BU by synergy and sourcing for new suppliers, dual sourcing with current / new suppliers, managing supplier ESG system to the next level.
  • Ownership on key KPI such as purchasing spending for the business unit, covering the purchase price variances (PPV), net cash flow, contractual compliance, OTD, leadtime, quality DPPM, NPD launching.
  • Ownership and accountability of key initiatives such as supplier consolidation, dual sourcing, and particular key focus in Asia suppliers base development (import tariff leverage).
  • Drive on operations scorecard (SPR): lead the cross functional teams to drive the gap enhancement and develop a clear Suppliers Development Plan to drive the continuous improvements.
  • Decide the new product business case justification, product introduction and end-of-life plans; also provide the professional solution on supplier selection, with criteria on time, on cost, on quality
