- Support the operations and administration of the Institution;

- Coordinate with organizers for planning and organization of simulation training activities, meetings and other events of the Institute;

- Apply clinical/technical knowledge and skills acquired through in-house training to provide guidance and support for the delivery of training courses;

- Assist in funding administration, plan and prepare budget and other management reports for the Institute;

- Provide secretarial support to committees and working groups

- Actively assisted the physiotherapists in making rehabilitation treatment topatients day in and day out;

- Independently assessed and analyzed each case condition and developed

individualized medical treatments for patients;

- Particularly took communicating methods and skills to relieve the negative

reaction of patients;

- Familiarized myself with techniques of pranayama, respiratory

muscles training, thoracic expansion, pulmonary function assessment,

cardiopulmonary exercise testing, etc.

- Gained proficiency in the comprehensive functional assessment and rating

scales, such as American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA), Berg Balance Scale

(BBS), Spinal Cord Independence Measure (SCIM), etc.

- Able to communicate with patients efficiently, and had been praised by the

patient Mr.Qiao in an article published in the magazine "True Feeling".
