· Acting as the personal assistant to the Malaysian Executive Director and President
· Serving Boss’ family members
· Carry out management tasks and report to the Executive Director directly.
· Handle the purchasing tasks for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shenzhen, and Shanghai region, sourcing suppliers, cost control, preparing import and export shipping documents etc.
· Liaise with senior management which stations in the other regions such as Taiwan, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Malaysia.
· Intensive travel arrangement, prepare itineraries and prepare minute and monthly management reports.
· Greeting clients, participating in customers’ events and exhibitions preparation jobs, communicating with our VIP customers and celebrities etc.
