Eugenia Law Pik Yu has developed numerous community programmes working with and for diverse communities with different cultural backgrounds and capacity advocating cultural, gender diversity and sustainability. She found Hong Kong's first docent training programme to train Deaf, hard-of-hearing and hearing people as museum docents. She was the leading curator of CHAT's sustainability initiatives including the flagship community programme Seed to Textile and Learning Tour on Sustainability. Some of the partnering contemporary artists include gender non-conforming brand Rebirth Garments founder Sky Cubacub (US), Yee I-Lan (Malaysia), Suki Kang (South Korea), Yin Xiu-Zhen (Beijing), Choi Taeyoon (South Korea), Hou I-Ting (Taiwan) and Eastman Cheung (Hong Kong). With experiences in programme development at the National Geographic Channels and university research, she was the Gallery Manager of Hong Kong non-profit making contemporary art organization 1a space in 2016-20 and curated contemporary art and educational community events include Kowloon City Art Festival @West Kowloon (2019) at Art Park, West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong Visual Art Critic Nurturing Programme (2017-19) and Emerging Talents in Contemporary Art (2020).
