• Aug 2023 – Jan 2025: Role as Construction Planning Manager and manage EPD Contract No. EP/SP/221/22 North Lantau Transfer Station and Outlying Islands Transfer Facilities Second Follow-On Contract (NEC4 DB0 Contract Sum HK$2.9 billion). Role as Planning Manager to oversee the overall contractor’s plan, planning and compensation event claim submission issues. Tracking and monitoring works include Site Formation and Drainage Works, ELS and Piling works and superstructure extension on existing Transfer station in North Lantau island through Dashboard reporting weekly and monthly.
• Jul 2022 – Jul 2023: Dual Project Handled, as Bid planner at Paul Y Centre (Civil and Foundation Dept) at Kwun Tong Head Office in all civil tender submission and awarded i.e. MTRC1202 (NEC4 ECC option C) Tung Chung East Station & Associated Enabling Works for Track Diversion, MTRC11826 (NEC4 ECC), CEDD Trunk T4 and Associated Works. Responsible for other civil bid tender submission awaiting for award EPD WENTX (Contract Bid $44 billion), Several CLP tender bid BPPS, Condenser C1-C8, C8 HRSG, 132kV Cable Circuit Improvement, CLP 4 Substation (Accumulated Contract Bid $2 billion), HEC several tender bid i.e. Kennedy Road Substation.
• Feb 2022 – Nov 2022: Worked as Construction Planning Manager and manage EPD Contract No. EP/SP/77/15 North East New Territories Landfill Extension (Contract Sum HK$2.4 billion).

• Participate and acting as construction manager for E&M construction installation at O Park 2 Organic Waste Treatment Facilities at Fan Ling NT.
• Ovesee installation, planning, and subcontracting works for anaerobic digestion system, biogas storage tanks, digestate tank and pump room.
• Facilitate and manage sitewide E&M subcontractor management handling CHP grid system installation, underground utilities, sewerage and drainage works.
• Reporting to General Manager of JEC and Agrivent on weekly basis in relates to project progress.

• OCt 2020 – Aug 2021: Role as the Planning Manager to manage EMSD Contract No. 1002EM19A Design-Build-Operate for the Additional District Cooling System (ADCS) at the Kai Tak Development (Contract Sum HK$ 3.2 billion). Role as the Planning Manager to oversee the overall works progress, planning, contractual issues. The Works include piling, ELS, ADCS Plant building structure, MEP, associated chilled water and seawater pipe laying works within Kai Tak Development with interfaces to Kai Tak Sports Park, CEDD D3 Road and HyD Central Kowloon Route (Kai Tak East and West Contracts), Bid planner of civil and foundation dept at Paul Y Group at Head office Kwun Tong.

• Role as the Project / Planning Manger managed MEP Package of HEC Power Plant Lamma MSB11 LNG Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant extension infrastructure and E&M Main Contract under Paul Y sub-contract works.
• Subcontract planning and managing subcontractor at CCGas Turbine Power Plant at Lamma Island.

• 2012-2015: Responsible as Plant Manager / Superintendent at DSD HATS2A (Contract Sum $2.5 billion) 7km Sewage Construction at Aberdeen, Sandy Bay, Cyberport, Sai Ying Pun, Wah Fu and total 7km drill and blast operation.
