  • Developed a time study under UAS MTM methodology for ETO (engineering to order) establishing the equipment logistic offer and deployed Master Production Schedule adjusting current plant capacity to the market demand, converting some lines from a push system to a pull system.
  • As a result of that inventory coverage went from 135 days to 74 days and tied up capital was reduced from MUSD$8.1 to MUSD$3.4.
