- Lead cross-functional teams or departments in launch of different hair styling new products, control and ensure the smoothness of every developing procedures.
- Cost control, clarify the correctness of the product pricing, balance the relationship between costing and product quality, seek for long term business with suppliers by accepting the reasonable product cost, and maximize the profit of our company.
- Ensure the mass production goes smooth without delay delivery, assist to analysis and solve the root causes.
- Frequently review the users feedback, consolidate the comments and determine the possibilities for any improvement action plan.
- Established a culture of excellence within the merchandising team through coaching, mentoring, and goal setting.
- Take part in the RAC team (Recreation associate committee), plan for inter-company activities, to unite the team, and enjoy their spare time.
