- Responsible for supporting the administration required for delivery of the Distribution
- Overhead Line contract; Procurement; Submit internal purchase request/ Carry out supplier
evaluations; Contractor Daily Report (CDR), Ensure subcontractors submit CDR document to
HPS in a timely fashion; Consolidate subcontractor CDRs and send to client by 4pm each day or
as and when there are changes applied. Record CDR in a master log for safety team analysis;
- OHL team; Receiving PO summary from subcontractors. Issue PO summary to client in a timely fashion; Update master PO summary log; Systems; Upload POs into PO Management Systems (PMS); Upload handover reports into PMS; Update PMS with PWRA details; Ensure accuracy of input
- Develop e-Learning materials including training video, step-by-step guide, handbook, etc
- To the frontline staff; Using articulate 369 and VSDC for e-learning development Liaise with different parties to understand the training needs and operation procedures and implementation; Retirement schemes issuing and staff medical checkup; Ad-hoc duties as assigned; and All-round HR duties
- Assist Branch Manager in creating policies and procedure manuals; Ensure all proper filing of pertinent documents; Liaise with contractors & service providers on all matters affecting ground operations; Maintain records and keep tract of operations' supplies and any purchases made; Perform general clerical duties of documents
- Ensure all back-office equipment is in perfect order; Prepare various correspondence and reports from rough draft and assemble admin. Reports monthly; Prepares periodic management & operational reports; Knowledge of ISO management; Knowledge of HR; Monitor daily routine of the office and cleaners; Key management
