Monitor and Review Operational Compliance

• Ensure inflight operations adhere to regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the Group Non Discrimination Policy (USDOT & CAD800), Enhancing Airline Passenger Protections( EAPP), Risk based IOSA Audit, CAD360
• Custodian for internal and external audits, maintaining comprehensive records and facilitating audit processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Conduct continuous monitoring inspection flights and pre-flight briefings to ensure adherence to regulations and operation requirements. Identify area of improvement to uphold highest safety, security and service standards.

Coordination and Implementation of Operational Changes

• Monitor and maintain the quarterly process of operation manuals amendment. Coordinate and implement ad hoc operational changes in response to updates in aviation regulations.
• Co-ordinate changes implementation across different business units e.g. engineering, catering services and training service.Draft, issuE, and review critical publications including Notices to Cabin Crew.

Lead & manage internal/external digital projects

• Oversee the budget, resources planning of Cabin Electronic Flight Bag Operation for > 4000 cabin crew in daily operation. Monitor & execute the complete procurement process , including asset management in SAP, prepare expenses report for finance audit to maximise product lifecycle.
• Lead, Plan and Execute hardware refresh projects
• Custodian of Corporate Mobile Device Management System - JAMF & CAD562 Electronic Flight Bag requirement on behalf of Inflight Services Delivery
• Plan & Execute internal lean workflow programme by leveraging Microsoft O365. Successfully launched internal booking system by integrating MS booking & power automate for hardware support. Reduced data consolidation time by 50% via power BI and use of Excel Power Query.
  
  

• Oversee the safety and security standards on commercial flights
• Co-ordinate with catering planner to ensure food safety standards, liaise with manager to ensure seamless F&B service in business class cabin
• Coach crew members to resolve passenger enquiry/conflicts in a professional manner

• Handle safety and medical emergency with laid-down airline procedures
