I am not a smart type of person; however, I have 100% enthusiasm in my work and sense of mission that I shall lead ASSAB Taiwan to a better level.
For the past 26+ years of working experience in ASSAB Taiwan, I am proud that I am one of the groups. I have seen its greatness; but also, I have been thru its hard times. Therefore, I know what I can do for ATW which would be the best for its needs. My attitude towards difficult situations either raised from customers or from the internals always take actions as ATW is my own business.
I started my first 4 years in marketing department as a project engineer. I accomplished Dievar launch seminar organization, exhibition in Taipei World Trade Center, and develop several big accounts thru surveys on promotion of new products.
After the first 4 years, I stepped into sales department and started as a sales engineer till now as an area sales manager. I have been the top sales for many years and always top 3 for all the times.
Aside from my sales job, I also work in the marketing department at the same time till now for more than 10 years. Other than promotion on the new products like V8, Vancron, Tyrax, PVD, AM and EP, I am also responsible as the project leaders for e-mail campaign (including translation and proofreading), monthly report (quarterly report now), market activity planning, SFDC, BMT2030 (NEV, EP, F&B) & IPS etc.
I participated the value program in the pre-stage in the year of 2013. And I was selected to be the culture ambassador for Culture Transformation project as well. Those experience has broad up my insights and giving me different thoughts on how to be a better leader.
