• Liaise with internal parties within CNCBI, as well as with China Citic Bank Mainland offices and other Mainland financial institutions to establish implementation plan
• Perform smooth and understandable communication between CNCBI and Mainland offices, ensure initiatives are being implemented seamlessly and executed on schedule
• Manage Cross-Border segment portfolio and alert management of business trend and proactively identify possible risks and opportunities
• Stay alert on existing and new policies issued by HK & Mainland authorities and regulators, and help interpret its impact on business
• Organize activities such as seminars, sponsored events, and duty visits of referral companies.

Retail Loans Team (Feb-Aug 2017):

• Manage and monitor front line sales & KPI on loan products
• Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns and seminars with HKMC and other insurance companies
• Analyze and work out the operating manuals and compliance workflows on loan products

Brand Management Team (May 2015-Jan 2017):

• Organize large-scale events for VIP clients to enhance brand image and marketing impact of the bank
• Provide training on cross-border related knowledge, banking practice to mainland branches
• Drive the cross-border promotional activities and assist in the overall promotion of the HK branch services.

Branch Financial Service Team (Aug 2011-May 2015):

• Provide customer services of account opening, loan application, insurance selling
• Achieve sales targets with business development and client-centric skills
• Organize banking seminars quarterly in mainland branches with business partners
• Assist branch manager to write monthly sales reports and promotion leaflets on banking products.
