During the studies in master of E&I and Bachelor in Economics, endeavored to apply the theories of economics and management in financial markets, team management, and internships. This experience allowed for the development of a fundamental yet comprehensive set of management and business analysis skills, making well-qualified for most of the internships offered by CBE.
●Checking factory production processes for process compliance
●Making some development recommendations. For example, close one warehouse and reduce the number of sales personnel, but increase the competence of the remaining sales staff. Ideally, a reliable manager should be sent to the U.S. to oversee operations on-site. However, the U.S. business ultimately shut down due to overexpansion.
●Helping the Managing Director to take notes on meeting points and occasionally translating for him.
● Suggest ideas for monthly competitions,planning and organising these competitions. The monthly competition has now become a more influential event in the club.
● Seek sponsorship from relevant businesses
● Responsible for the movement of personnel within the department, including the placement of publicity, planning and venue positions, as well as recruitment.
